Children and Young People
Children and Young people are an important part of our fellowship. We have a variety of different events and services for children aged just a few days right up to the age of 18.
Safe to Grow
We are part of the Baptist Union of Great Britain 'Safe to Grow' policy. This is a care policy setup to protect children under our care and is also in the interest of those looking after children and young adults. We are committed to following a safe practice in our dealings with children, young people and vulnerable adults.Part of this commitment means that we have a children's advocate, Margaret Bradley, who has worked with children all of her professional career. Margaret and the leadership of the church ensure that all our children and youth workers have Enhanced Disclosures from the Criminal Records Bureau.
